Site/civil engineers for development of Phase I improvements for athletic fields and drainage facilities along the Connecticut River. Improvements include soccer fields, a baseball field, access drives, parking lots and extension of public water. Also included was the stabilization of a deeply eroded channel 700’ long and leading directly to the river. Stabilization was accomplished utilizing soft armoring and green techniques.
